The team was courteous and fast! The van was done before we expected it and was clean and shiney! Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I loved the twice weekly text messages with updates throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

They did an excellent job with the repairs, kept me up to date on what was going and explained the repairs and suggested I keep the paperwork in the vehicle in case I ever needed to take it to another Caliber Collision

They did an excellent job with the repairs. I got text every Tuesday and Thursday with updates with where they were in the repair process. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and when I went to pick up my vehicle the technician came out with me to explain the repairs that were completed.

The communication weekly was very appreciated and the way the entire situation was handled was A plus. Also being told that the work is guaranteed as long as I own mt car was very happy to hear even knowing I will not need to need it. The condition of my car at the end was also A plus

I am very satisfied so far with the quality of work. I am not happy with how long my car was in the body shop..almost 2 months. I wss glad it was repaired properly after all the waiting. My customer service rep kept me updated on the progress.
