let me say this communication needs revamping my jeep was in shop few days short of f two months . it's great you send tex two times a week but last min info of jeep not being ready . Let me say this once diante stepped in the communication was awesome , with real caring and personal communication via telephone not just tex and i felt he really cared if it was not for him i would have been really upset , he kept me grounded . Let me say my jeep looks great As your company goes forward remember personal communication not just tex can go a long way .

Amazing team at Caliber! Unbelievably professional and courteous. Huge shout out to Daunte for being easy to teach and communicate with. I had some additional questions regarding outside repair and he went the extra mile to provide me with different options, which I declined, but never felt pressured. He continued to provide the same quality customer service expectations as before. The repair itself is as good as can be, honestly it might as well have been a new car. They communicated with the insurance company the whole way through. It doesn’t get easier than this
