Caliber did a great job with my repair. My van looks better than new and they had it done before the estimated completion date which was very appreciated. They were professional and kept me up to date with everything and even vacuumed my van out!!! As a busy mom, that was a wonderful surprise.

My experience was absolutely awesome, after a violent car accident the last thing thing you want to do is hassle with your insurance and the other person insurance company, then the hassle of getting your once beautiful car towed to a place where they can pronounce it “dead on arrival” or ? return it to its previous “Glory”. We were braced for the worst, but this is where the experience of great customer service truly makes journey worthwhile. We were promptly notified that our vehicle was worth saving (a great relief), I was contacted and updated every other day on the progress of our vehicle, there were no mysteries as to what was happening and when to expect our car, they even took care of getting our rental returned to the rental company. As a retired Marine this was a “Flawless Operation”. I can’t recommend CALIBER Collision enough, I hope and pray I don’t have a collision again but if it does happen, There’s absolutely only one company handling our vehicle that’s Caliber Collision hands down.

unfortunately was involved in a major auto accident my 2021 Suburban was severely hit in the rear by a drunk driver, we actually thought it was “totaled” after wrestling with the insurance company. My vehicle was finally delivered to CALIBER Collision and honestly that was the most pleasurable experience of this whole situation, I was updated regularly by Daunte on the condition (it was not totaled) of my vehicle, and when I should expect it back. Daunte would text me each stage of the repair process, explaining each step giving me a clear picture of what was going on, and that gave me confidence that my vehicle was in great hands. Seeing my vehicle completely restored to its original (glory) condition was like picking up a loved one from the hospital after having major surgery. The receptionist called and told me that they would return the rental car and not to worry about dropping it off. I highly recommend this awesome company with enthusiasm!, professionalism above and beyond if I could give more star’s I would. Thanks Again CALIBER Collision
