Was expecting to have my car look like new again but instead there are noticeable defects and multiple issues with finish product. Asked shop to fix issues and they just made it look worse. Parts found not secured to vehicle properly yet they tell me that it is finished.

Very unprofessional and rude. Employees arguing with me and assuming I am the problem before I’ve ever had contact with that specific individual pointing out that they are bad mouthing their customers to fellow employees. Employees stating that “they don’t want nothing to do with that car or have their name tied to it” as I arrive and ask to pick up my vehicle. Worst experience ever. When issues pointed out, general manager told me that it was no big deal and he would accept it if it was his vehicle
