Everyone treated me professionally and answered all my questions. They worked in a another repair that made the whole car like new again. Jason kept me apprised of the progress and met the estimated date with time to spare. After receiving the car, and driving it home from Ok City to Wichita a noise developed in the front hub associated with the area the was damaged. They lined me up with a partner Caliber Collision in Wichita where they took me in right away to examine the problem. I will use the Caliber brand again if ever needed and will recommend it to others.

After I picked up my car, I could not tell that my car was even damaged.The customer service was great from the beginning to end. I was well informed through every step until my car was ready to be picked up. My service advisor, Tammy was awesome and she kept me informed and she really knew the business.

There were some delays with my car due to not being able to get parts but they kept me updated the whole time and stayed on top of everything. I am extremely grateful for their hard work, my car looks and runs like new!!!
