My service advisor Jason Snook was a really great help. He made sure to keep me in the loop with every step of my repair. Leaving no room to worry about the service. Even taking his time to break down everything that was completed. I can honestly say I’m beyond satisfied with my repair, service and customer service. Oh I cannot forget the receptionist was also a great help and made the rental situation even less stressful. Great people. Thank you both !!

Their partnership with me, the customer, Progressive Insurance, and Enterprise Car Rental was exceptionally well coordinated. The repair work was excellent and timely. I was updated on the progress of the repairs and the expected completion date. Once the repairs were completed, I was able to return the rental car to the Caliber Collision site.
