Our experience was excellent. We were well informed about what was going on with our vehicle. Everything flowed smoothly, even though a part was on backorder. I always knew what was going on and never had any worries about what was actually happening. While the process took longer than we all expected, it was very easy and comfortable for us and we never had any worries about what was going on. There was no extras that we didn’t know about no time extended that we were not aware of. I would like to thank Jason for his continuous communication. He did excellent and even helped my wife after she had got our vehicle back. There was a part that was not snapped in properly and the air-conditioning was not working. She took it right back. Jason met her and immediately took care of it. My wife said that he was very kind and intentional about helping her and had a great attitude and fixed everything right away. Those issues were not a big deal nor were they on purpose, but just something that occurred and he took care of it immediately. We are very happy with the service that we received the Customer Service and with Jason who we mainly dealt with. I will highly recommend your shop to any other others that are looking for a place to have their vehicle repaired.
