Every step of the way, I received phone calls updating me on the progress. They were transparent about the actions they were taking, and even though the timeline was extended by two days, I understand it was due to parts back orders from the suppliers—not anything within their control. I truly appreciate their professionalism and communication throughout.

Javier was professional, courteous, friendly and I felt comfortable taking my Subaru to be repaired at this establishment. The counter secretary was welcoming and friendly.
