Our company is honest and fair and always puts the customers safety and well being first. Our goals are to first take care of of the customer and then to repair your vehicle per manufacture specifications. We offer text, email or call for updates to keep the customer informed as the vehicle goes through the repair process. Eddie was unprofessional from the very beginning. I had to do everyones job for them the whole time my car was in the shop. Calling back and forth between the repair shop, rental company, and my claims rep. Eddie made a comment to me in the beginning stating that i would have the rental for 30 days (which wasnt true). The shop then kept my car for the whole 30 days because a "part was on backorder". Then the day my rental car had to be returnes the part miraculously showed up to the shop and my car was ready for pick up within a day. They are doing shady things there. I had to get a new claim rep in the middle of this process- Manuela Bazi who was also completely unprofessional, incompetant in her position (she gave me misinformation on the rental car days), and never followed up or through on anything on behalf of safeco.
