I found a long black plastic piece in my back seat after repairs. I took the picture of the piece to Toyota and they said it was the trim part that is a cover for my car. I did this because when I found the piece I took it in to California Collision and have not received a call back. My car is now missing a part. My black grill also was painted white on the bottom portion of the grill. Really frustrated and not happy. My name is Raquel Davis- Salam *** *** ****
