Our car was supposed to be in the shop for 4-5 days; Instead it could 24 days. Couple issues with that... 1) I have to pay for the $800 overage on daily rental, 2) I had to call every 2-3 days to find out the status vs. being informed. 3) Delay was due to part unavailability, supplier issue - however i am $800 out of pocket for rental...
