The shop is great. I have used their services several times. The problem that occurred was due to the insurance rules that were recently changed.

They went above and beyond to fix a problem caused by the insurance rules requiring the use of aftermarket parts resulting in a crack in the bumper. They obtained the approval to replace it, ordered it and I’m waiting for it to arrive and be reinstalled.

After receiving my car, there was a red sticker on the top of my trunk they left on while working on it. I asked one of the workers to remove the sticker because I didn’t want to ruin the paint. He then proceeded to paint the red sticker red with black and it didn’t match my car. Another issue I had was they didn’t want to touch my back camera. Now I have to go to Mazda to see if it is fixable instead of having my car fixed at one shop. Other body shops were willing to fix both but because I had to go through insurance this is the few approved body shops.

They did a great job fixing my car, however, someone removed my spare tire and took out a piece of foam which holds the spare tire in place plus they removed a cable as well. I would like to find out who removed ithe spare tire plus find out why they removed it. If they didn’t remove it, then someone had to have broken into my car and removed the spare tire. Please let me know. Thanks.
