I am giving them a 10 because they were absolutely wonderful! The owner explained everything to me when I called! When I went to sign papers he informed me of a part they needed and estimated when it would arrive. They informed me the part was arriving later then they thought and called me the day it arrived. He had told me painting takes the longest so he planned to paint car while waiting on part. As this would save me time and it was a smart move on their part! I would get my car sooner and they would have a satisfied customer. And yes room to take in a new car. Called on Wed to say part in and could pick up car the next day. The receptionist were friendly, professional! Actually everyone I interacted with was upbeat and just plain old nice! My insurance recommended them and I totally see why! I don't give 10 ratings often. However their communication, professionalism, honesty and neat personalities justify this rating!

Ok, so didn't realize several questions. Lol customer service was fantastic! I was kept informed and I have a sense of humor and they do too! Everyone was really nice and yes professional.
