This place was suggested to me by a previous client because they were so satisfied with the work they got done. I can’t blame them- although I didn’t have my car for almost 2 months- it was well worth it when I got it back. Not only did they fix my car- but they cleaned it so well it had looked like I just drove it off a new car lot. I will definitely come to Cape Fear Collision in the future if I need any repairs

Had a little issue with car, had to come back, but they were mire than fair, and made everything excellent. That's why I gave a nine instead of ten. But I would bring my car to them again and again. They were helpful and so very nice.

I was extremely impressed how Cape Fear Collision took care of my needs during my visit. Susan walked me through the process by coordinating with Allstate and going over the estimate with me. TJ came out to my car with me and showed me what repairs to be done and estimated time of completion. They sent me a text everyday updating the situation of repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked great like the accident never happen. First rate company !

Cape Fear Collision did an excellent job on fixing my car. The people are friendly and communicative with you and how they are going to get your car fixed like new again. Susan was great to work with, I had a rental car through enterprise and she called to let them know I was there, and they came and picked me up to get my rental. I would highly recommend Cape Fear Collision

T.J., Susan, and their team answered all of my questions and took care of every need for the repair of my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car, it looked great! No complaints.
