The mechanic was disrespectful to me on the phone. Also he talked to the insurance adjuster about one thing - the supplemental claim - and talked to me about another thing -- a second claim about unrelated damage. This caused a lot of confusion.

Capitol Autobody performed well by me, on every level. The paint is perfectly matched, the application flawless, and they replaced wheel covers and signal bulbs too. There was a cut/mishap during a rubber strip installation . . they stepped up, addressed it and immediately ordered the replacement piece. Ian, Thank you for making the repair process so effortless for me. It feels good that CAB has met my expectations, and did not disappoint !!

I really like the text that let me know things were on course and when the date changed for pickup. However, I wasn't told they found something new that needed fixed. I need them to call me to I could get it approved. It made me look like an idiot with my boss. It was slipper and unprofessional. I would recommend my company do business with Capital again because of it.
