the work done is perfect. we did have a problem with the payment. No where on the estimate did it mentioned "we need a cashier check". it was we accept Visa, Mastercard and Apply Pay. 3% fee applicable for purchases over $1,000. When we got the call the car was ready (around 3:30 pm) we were then told the cost increased another almost $1,700 due to recalibration and that we also needed pay with a cashier check if we were not using a credit card and that you closed at 5:00. Luckily we had enough money in our checking account to obtain the cashier check on such very short notice. I do not feel this was the best way to handle the payment. If it was shown on the estimate, then we were not surprised.

never having to have body work done, I was surprised it took as long as it did, in the 3 weeks my car was there we received 4 e-mails advising status on the car. two of them came after I called to check on the status

The only issue I had was that the actual repair bill came about $800 higher than the estimate. I understand that things change once they get in the repair area, but this large a change in the cost caught me off guard.
