Would be much higher if the estimate came within 25% of the final cost, 300% more is completely unacceptable.

Good, but repair work didn’t match the orginal agreed upon repair work necessary. Vehicle had to be returned to the shop to be finished. I wasn’t happy about this. Otherwise, the quality of the repair was good.
