The body work was great. What I'm not pleased with is that the cover for the for the car jack in the back and tire tools is missing. It was there when I dropped it off. That means you guys lost it. I spoke with a guy there at Capitol he said he would look for it. I haven't heard anything back yet.

You all did a great job with the repair and paint. The only issue I have is that I was told my car would be ready by Friday and asked to pick it up first thing Monday morning which I went there and it was not ready. Not a huge issue but something to be aware of in the future for other customers.

The service was excellent but there seemed to be something lost in communication. We communicated to them an area needing repaired along with another area. They got one repaired but didn’t do the other one. It had been pointed out on the estimate but did not get put down on the work order.

I have had the truck back almost a month now and the repairs appear to be great. There were several delays (3 or 4) completing the repairs which doubled the original time estimate. I understand that stuff happens that may not be avoidable but the communication on the delays was not good. Better communication about delays would be helpful, I generally had to call to find out what was happening.
