On the day I showed up for service, I was told my appointment had been canceled because it had not been confirmed. However, at no point during the month I waited for service did anyone contact me to let me know I wasn’t yet confirmed. Thankfully they still took the car and the work got done on time. Clearly there was a breakdown in communication.

My car looks great! Work done in a timely manner. Also, surprised and very happy with my car being cleaned on the inside too..It was really dirty with having two kids in the back seat all of the time and being a single mom, I hadn't found the time to get to it. Thank you!!!! I appreciate you guys!!
