Had a few issues identified in the first day since picking up the truck. 1) The tonneau cover wasn't latched when i picked up the truck and no longer is secure on the front bedrail (where the side rail clamps in is broken on one side). 2) My reverse camera no longer powers on. The aux cord under truck was u plugged and power wire broken (this was working fine and was connected at dropoff). 3) The trim piece surrounding the antenna flew off while driving on the freeway today

I have had my vehicle for three days. My steering wheel horn no longer works, the vehicle pulls to the right not due to tire wear, the vehicle had to be repainted a second time no inspection was done on the transmission CV axle or transfer case all around the vehicle was not repaired correctly

My primary issue was the lack of communication and a poor job of estimating how long the repair would take. I dropped off the truck on February 2nd and was told verbally that it would be done in about 6 days. The completion date was moved back 3 times, and each time I was not notified until the day I was due to pick up the vehicle, and two times I had to call in to make sure I could pick it up and was told it wasn't ready. It was ready for pickup on February 18th, which means the repair took about 16 days. This could have been avoided by initially saying the job would take 2-3 weeks. As it went, it felt like the estimator told me what I wanted to hear when estimating how long the job would take, and then immediately pivoted once the job was secured.
