Because the repair firm thoroughly cleaned both the outside and inside of the car before returning it to us, the car looked better after the repairs than before.

The shop is located only a few minutes from where I live. It was easy to schedule an initial inspection. I was able to get the car in for repair quickly and got it back a week later. The only issue encountered was a short delay when it was discovered that the entire side mirror needed to be replaced rather than just part of it. I rarely give any service provider the maximum score since I'm not dealing with a variety of them on a daily basis and have no way of knowing how the one I'm using compares to the very best available. I have no complaints. I'm very pleased with the way my repair was handled.

They completely replaced my front bumper and the trey under my car however, when I request it to take my car up the lift so I can see the tray they refused!!!
