Our Dodge truck was in for repair after an accident. The estimated completion date was a week later than we needed for a trip to the UP. The Car Center crew went above and beyond in getting our truck to us in time for our trip.

There is a hole in the bumper, it’s missing a plug or something. Need to have this fixed still.

The quality of workmanship and parts appear very very good and the staff was wonderful. Total cost of project was 35% higher than the insurance settlement.

Hilary and everyone at Car Center Big Rapids were awesome! They got our car done ahead of schedule and saved us 2+hrs of driving to pick up our car. They also provided a loaner when we really needed it - heat wave and our second car’s air conditioning needs to be repaired. I am highly satisfied and would recommend!

If we have another accident and have the option of going to Big Rapids for repairs, we will definitely use Car Center again!!!
