I say that tongue in cheek. Honestly your company has been awesome and the process well organized and your personnel top notched. Length of repair was my only issue and that I understand depends on things neither you or I have any control over. Being a subject of the hurry up group anything over a day complicates our expectations.

The car has spoken for me; many people have seen it finished and have commented on how great the car looks; however, I have already told many friends and family about how amazing Car Center is and told my insurance company that if they stop working with Car Center - I am dropping my insurance.

Everyone I spoke with was so patient, kind, and took the time to educate me on what what happening with my car. They were friendly and did not show any signs of frustration towards me when I called multiple times to see if my car was ready.

My car was done in a timely fashion, I appreciate how much Cenyan and Hilary kept me informed of what was happening! It looks great! Like it had never been in an accident! I enjoyed the text feature. I didn’t enjoy the AI phone thing, it took longer and I eventually just needed to leave a message anyway because it couldn’t help me. But overall a great experience!
