I had a second ding on the other side that I wished to have fixed at the same time. Dan said no problem, took a pic and gave me a quote. I went to pay for the two items. Dan said that I did not give authorization for the other ding? WHAT? I gave authorization with the same mouth as I did the second quote. I left very disappointed. I work in GR so having my car tied up is an issue. I was really looking forward to having this ding fixed since my car was going to be tied up anyway. The work that was completed was great. It would have been nice to have better communication.

The crew at Car Center went above and beyond with their service. My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction and they even fixed a small spot that was there before the accident. On top of that, my vehicle was washed and cleaned upon pick up. Great experience, would recommend to anyone. Thanks!
