My Experience

Wasn't just completely satisfied I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they got the repair done. The personal experience was super friendly and professional. Though i hope to never need thier services again, I wouldnt hesitate one moment to bring my vehicle there. And for those of you who own a Subaru and live in the Rockford area and get told to use thier preferred service on Lake Michigan Dr. Go ahead. They are good too. But why? When Andrew and the team at Gerber are so much closer, just as freindly and just as professional. I highly recommend this team of people for your next collision repair.

The team made it very easy for us to have the work done. From cordinating a loaner, both pick up and drop off after the work was completed. On the note of completed, we planned for 5 days, and the had the vehicle back to us by 3pm the following day.

It aligns with my first comment, the entire team was great. Friendly service, great conversations while onsite. They really create that family feel that those of us look for when living in Rockford.
