I appreciated the thoroughness of the quote. The quickness and availability of getting my car in. The constant communication via text. You may want to add something though if you are wanting clients to respond to them. I wasn’t aware I was supposed to but I did appreciate getting them. We’ve brought our cars to you over the years and you always do a great job. Thank you!

Communication could have been better. Everyone was pleasant, but I felt unsure of the process. The work was well done. It was my first experience s p I felt like I was flying blind. Despite that, should it be necessary, I would definitely use them again.

Michael was welcoming but was not able to deliver on schedule. Office operations were disorganized. There were surprises and repair was incomplete. Poor ability to assess status on phone and long waits.
