Car looked like I performed the work myself at my home at time of pick up and actually was attempted to pass off to me as quality work, I would not accept it, than had to wait an additional 3 weeks for completion, a total of 5 weeks without my car for a door repair

The process was very smooth and they were incredibly friendly and professional. The only thing that keeps it from being a 10 is that I wish they had been a bit more communicative about where we were in the process. That’s a pretty minor complaint though, and overall I’m very happy with my experience.
