I was very pleased with the workmanship and excellent service, however, I thought a 3 percent surcharge for using a credit card is a bit much. I expect it in a restaurant, it’s not charged when you buy an appliance or furniture.

The car looks good as new. It was given to me clean. Although it worked out in the end, and I was given a loaner, it was very frustrating that the headlights were not tested.

Communication through the process was good. When it kept getting pushed back, at no fault of car center, and I called for an update, I was spoken to condescendingly for calling before 24 hours. I was surprised that after having to drive five hours round-trip from the headlights not being correct, nobody came out to look at the car with me and make sure everything was good to go. I found Grace and the young man at the front desk to be very helpful and professional.

Every went smoothly. It took a while, but my understanding is that was an issue of parts delivery outside of CCK’s control. My only complaint is that the automated text updates sometimes conflicted with the ones sent by the actual team working on the car.
