Was a little upset that you wouldn’t have put another chrome hook on the front and replace them both. You replaced the mirror on the door that had a small scuff on it with a brand new one. Just seems like you would have. Other than that it went well.

Customer service was impeccable. I had some of my favorite teams decals on the glass of my liftgate. I was expecting to have to buy more as my liftgate was entirely replaced. Gerber expertly reused the glass from my old liftgate and was able to keep my decals on the vehicle.

Austin is a benefit to your company. The repair and the rest of the exterior paint look great. I was taken back when I saw the interior. I wasn't expecting the deep dive, but I was impressed. This my second car at Gerber. Hopefully never again. I will however come back if need be

The repair was very good. The rear bumper looked new. The only thing I noticed that was a little off was the two hard lines under the tail lights. The hard lines are factor plastic. One side is tight and crisp and the other side looks rounded over. Hardly noticeable, and the final product is great.
