From the body shop the pain job is done very well. With the new doors though it’s noticeably different in how they shut. I need to slam them all now where I didn’t before to get it to latch. The front passenger door has a slight bend/dent in the door where the top hinge latched on which is noticeable in the paint reflection on sunny days.

Communication about the repair was very clear and concise, there was a slight increase in the amount of time needed and they were very clear about the adjusted timeline. The repair was flawless, and the car was in great condition when returned to me

When the tailgate was reinstalled, the wires to my license‑plate light were cut, and the tailgate lock wasn’t plugged back in. We ended up fixing it ourselves because we didn’t want to waste gas driving all the way from Kalamazoo to Grand Rapids and back for something that should have been completed the first time.
