Poor communication and I’d suggest them to go somewhere that doesn’t use Stellantis as loaners.

The first part of my dissatisfaction came from before I even “scheduled” my repair. My dad (who was not present at the estimate) got a call about a week after the estimate saying the parts were order. This is my first dissatisfaction because although I talked to the repair people during the estimate, I never gave them the go ahead to order parts as I was still comparing prices. So, not sure where they got consent to order parts but it wasn’t from me or my dad. They then called me a week after this saying all the parts were in and I could drop off my car. I went in the next day and dropped off my car (2026 hybrid RAV 4) and was given a 2022 Wrangler as a loaner. This wasn’t a huge deal as I was told my car was only going to take 4-5 days. However, I called after 1 week of them having my car to ask for an update. They said it was not ready as they were still waiting for a part. This came as a shock to me as I was under the impression that all the parts came in prior to me dropping it off. So, I was stuck with the jeep for longer than I expected. Again, I was happy to at least have a loaner, but that thing sucked gas like it’s life depended on it (probably because it did). I put roughly $115 worth of gas into that thing for only driving it for 30 mins a day (not even everyday). I don’t even spend that much on gas in my Toyota for a full month. Finally, when it was time to get my sweet Rav 4 back, I filled up the Jeep to the appropriate gas as what I got it in ($30 for 1/4 tank btw) and got my Toyota. I was pleased by the work, no complaints there. However, my Rav 4 was not returned to me with the same amount of gas as what I left it. I’m not sure how much they drove it but I had abt 40-50miles of gas lower than what I brought it in at.

My doors still leak. Your collision dept says it is my roof seals since they replaced the door seals and they sent me an estimate to replace those. I had no leaks before you guys replaced my doors. I took it somewhere else and they say all of my new doors were hung crooked and all the seals are fine. With you being a dealership, I expected more and I am disappointed that my new doors were not installed correctly and you wanted to charge me money for new roof seals that don’t even need to be replaced.

Definitely would recommend. I like that Fox is a Honda dealer so I trust that they will get the right parts and know what they are doing.

We were very impressed with the entire process. Communication was direct and prompt. The estimates were spot on. Given the scope of the work performed, it was very fast service. When we received the vehicle it was in pristine condition. The repairs match up perfectly with how the truck was when we first purchased it. Overall highly satisfied with outstanding work.
