When I was told the truck was ready I showed up and found that the fender wasn't straight and had a chip in the paint. I let Tim know this and he wasted no time in making it right. He ordered a new fender that day (monday) and had the truck finished by Wednesday afternoon.

You don't follow up with your customers. After this review I would expect someone to contact me and get this taken care of. The warranty expires next month.

They didn't fix the corrosion on my jeep. I went in there in March and he told me they were implementing a new system and would contact me. I never got contacted. I called and he stated the same deal. New system etc.
