Something along the lines of “we want to make sure we do a good job because the cars we fix are our advertisements. We don’t want to damage our reputation”. My car needed to have a door buffed out and repainted, and the bumper replaced. Everything was done in less than a week, and done with great attention to detail and high quality. Would 100% recommend."
