They were great in person and I'd recommend Caliber generally. However, there was a tech issue where they texted me that my car was done before it was. I wasted money on a Lyft getting there as well as needing to take time off work to get there before you closed.

The team was very friendly, professional, and honest. I had called ahead of assigning Caliber as the collision center to fix my car, and was very encouraged by the answers to my questions. Something along the lines of “we want to make sure we do a good job because the cars we fix are our advertisements. We don’t want to damage our reputation”. My car needed to have a door buffed out and repainted, and the bumper replaced. Everything was done in less than a week, and done with great attention to detail and high quality. Would 100% recommend.
