The only other shop I’ve ever dealt with was Star Collision. Which was in the same location. I have nothing else to compare with.

Only thing I didn’t love was not repair-related; it was complimentary so it doesn’t really warrant a complaint, in fact feels ungrateful, but if the feedback is helpful… they cleaned the car and left streaks all over the window. And I did not like the air freshener smell and it has really hung in there! lol! But it was nice to clean the car at all and I do appreciate it. The work they actually charged me for was excellent.

I was not able to tell at all that anything had happened to my car after the accident. I did discover that the front differential was leaking however and did have to return it for repairs. A mild inconvenience but Craig was able to address it right away.
