Super friendly, would take the time to hear and listen to my needs, and just guided me through the who process so smoothly... truly perfection! I totally didn’t expect this. They put on a new mirror and it doesn’t match the car. The whole experience was devastating. I haven’t looked at it again since Friday.

A lot more damage than I originally saw. I was totally shocked when I saw the finished Car. The mirror you put on doesn’t match the original. I felt this could happen due to cars age. I was assured it would match or be painted. . Little marks all over I never saw before. In the last 25 yrs. I had auto body work done twice on other cars. When picked up, they were perfect. This was not. I don’t know whether to call Lexus or not. We were given $2k dollars for the debris in the garage. So the home adjuster could see there were problems left from the controller blowing up.
