For this minor repair, I was extremely pleased with both the online estimate process and the staff throughout the experience. The estimate process was easy and convenient, and I received email updates throughout the multi-day repair, which I greatly appreciated. Any questions I sent by email were answered promptly, and when I visited the shop to confirm the estimate, everyone I met was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. I was especially impressed with my technician, Orlando, who went above and beyond my expectations. He took the time to answer my questions about the repair process, buffed out a few unrelated imperfections, touched up some small paint chips that were not part of the original work, provided touch-up paint for future use, and even gave me referrals to other shops for services I was considering. He also completed the work ahead of schedule and stayed after normal business hours so I could pick up my vehicle early. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop and would not hesitate to return for future work.
