I'm very satisfied. From the start I got message from Rachel who helped make an appointment for inspection, that Allstate requested. The date was made in a quick timely manner. The day of the appointment went very well. After the inspection they were able to get my car in to start on repairs the same day and my car was ready for picked up in three days, plus it looked great. Also on the day I dropped off my car, I got great assistance with Stacey (I might have her name worrg, best I can remember) contacting the car rental to pick me up so I could rent a car. The day I went to picked up my car, the car rental dropped me off before 8am (my choise) and when Rachel saw me waiting outside she opened the door and said, "It's too hot to be waiting outside come on in." That was so nice and considerate, most businesses will not let anyone in until it's time. All around great and friendly service from everyone. I will highly recommend Car Craft in Hazelwood.

Extremely satisfied.customer service was fabulous. Rachel was on top of setting up my appointment and keeping me informed of the process. Stacy (not sure if I recalled her name correctly)was great at assisting with car rental contact. The day of my appointment my car was inspected and the same day the work was started on my car and it was ready and looking beautiful for me to pick up with in three days. I highly recommend Car Craft in Hazelwood., they are friendly, efficient and do excellent work.

My car has play in the wheel like it needs an alignment, which it did not have when it went in. And it took 2 1/2 weeks to get it back. I’ve had my car repaired here in the past and that’s why I chose them, because it was great the first time.
