Everyone there was so nice and know what they were doing. They sent notifications text to let me know how my car is doing and when I picked it up they were very patient with my vehicle. I highly recommend this to get anything repaired.

Your status text messaging system is really helpful. Extra points for calling a Jeep dealership for warranty information on a peripheral problem with my vehicle. Your service was excellent. However my steering wheel was slightly damaged during repairs.

Only complaint - I dropped off my van on Sunday with all pertinent inormation. No one contacted me. I finally called on Tuesday to make sure things were proceeding. Was told I would receive txt msg with completion date - never received. When I call everyone was friendly and answered all questions. I just had to make initiate all contact.
