Toyota did a real nice cleanup when they did work for us

car exterior had a black tar-like blob just over the top of door they replaced and on fender trim that was replaced. obviously there was not a visual inspection done. the body shop people were obviously irritated that we mentioned it and wanted it cleaened. the car interior had been detailed before we dropped it off. the whole interior leather seats, dashboard, had a gritty film and air vents in passenger seat were plugged with it as well as windshield interior. likely an overspray that should have been noticed on inspection. it was Friday of Memorial Day Weekend and they were very busy. BUT that is part of repairs to clean up after yourself.
