There was an issue with the man at the counter when he called me at 208 and told me my car was done he said I had to come up that day to pick it up. I had to work at 400 so there was no way. He said they would charge me an additional day if I didn't come get it that day. When I went to pick my car up he apologized for the misunderstanding. So that is the reason he got a 9 not a 10

Would have been 10 of 10. For some odd reason, all four tires were inflated to 71psi when I picked up my vehicle. I was very unhappy when I saw this.
