Carbone Collision came to my rescue again! A large metal cart hit my Dodge Durango in a store parking lot and did some pretty good damage to the passenger side. The office manager, Courtney, set up a rental car for me through Enterprise and when there were issues with the billing of the rental, Courtney quickly got on the phone with the branch manager and dealt with it for me. I dropped off my Durango on a Sunday and received a call on Tuesday that it would be done at the latest by Friday. Courtney called me on Wednesday and told me my car was done. I live over an hour away and Courtney was very accommodating that I could pick up my car after hours and leave the rental there. Jim Sawanec did all of the work and my incredibly picky husband husband said all of the exterior work is flawless. You cannot even tell there was any damage along the body line of the car, we are very impressed with Jim’s work! We will continue to use Carbone Collision because of their great work and customer service!

The minor structural integrity damage done to the ceiling panel was irksome, but that won't affect resale value. The ultimate body work was good and complete

Overall Mike and James treated us very well. The way we were told our car was ready was not good. I don't check my email often. Then when my fiancee called to say we would be coming to pick the car up, the person was very rude. That same person was there when we went to get our car. Again he was rude. Our car was not acceptable. The bumper was not on right, the lines did not match up and our fender had orange peel in the paint. We did not accept the car and the person was very rude about it. On Monday, Mike called us and he agreed with us and stated it never should have come out like that. He was going to make sure it was right. He was nice. So, overall the people we have dealt with have been great except for one person and the fact our car never should have come out of the garage in the shape that it was in.

The driver side bummer came apart had to put it back together left side rear trim was not attached correctly had to tell them about it along with paint over spray on the same side also right side turn single in side was all mark up was not like that before and door trim on driver side never put back on

I haven't driven the car that often but when i do i notice a scraping sound on the driver's side that has gradually diminished .
