We had it back in twice after the initial repair.

I was happy until the last interaction I had, he was going to charge my insurance for damage they had caused during the repair. I find that to be very unethical.

Carbone Collision told me on the phone they were open to 5:30 pm. I left work early, drove through a snow storm and arrived at their front door at 5:22 pm. The doors were locked, the hours on the door said they would be open to 5:30 pm. I lost time and money, had to turn down customers for my own company, and had to keep my rental for an additional day. Enterprise Rent a Car informed me that I am not the first customer to have this issue with Carbone Collision, and that they frequently close early, stranding customers.
