My experience couldn’t have been any easier. Taylor agreed with my assessment of the repair that was needed. Amy kept me updated on the progress of the repair. When it was ready for pick up I was told to drive to the Collision Center and Carman would notify the car rental company that their rental vehicle was returned. Taylor walked me out to my car and went over everything that was done and showed me the invoice for the repair. I will be going back after 90 days to have the clear-coat reapplied. This was an insurance claim due to someone backing into me and the other drivers insurance is paying. Carman kept their insurance company and the car rental company updated on the progress as well.

Taylor was totally in line with how I expected the repair to be done and from start to finish Amy kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair. They arranged for pick up and drop off of my rental car and kept the rental company updated on their progress as well.

Carman should never be recommended to repair Porsche or any other luxury vehicles. My vehicle was not proper reassembled and I am still experiencing issues with a loose side wall and seams of the interior hatch. I will only select Moppert Collison Center to make any additional repairs. I will never recommend Carmen body shop for any time of service or collision repairs. Thank you.
