I was very pleased with the outcome of repairs the mechanic did a excellent job, but please have your staff do much much better with communication anybody I recommend I will let them know that your company communication is horrible please correct that asap almost 18,000 paid to yall by insurance company and I was not untitled to 1 call from the staff

They said the parts are ready and I dropped off. They promised within 7 days and later told me the work will be completed by recycled fender because the original part will take longer time. I had to agree to it to get my truck back. That was misleading.
