Sergio at Carmona’s helped me get my car in and taken care of right away. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns and checked in with me on a frequent basis to update me about my car. My car was extremely damaged from the right side and it looked completely new when I picked it up. He went over the details and let me know about the warranty in great detail. I took my Volvo to Carmona's and was truly impressed with the whole experience. The repair was outstanding, completed precisely on time, and the team regularly updated me, so I always knew what was happening and when I'd get my car back. What truly impressed me was their care in the final delivery; Carmona's Collision even detailed my car. When I picked it up, it looked amazing. It was quite dirty when I brought it in, but they returned it cleaner than it’s been in a long time. The repair quality was excellent, but their extra effort and attention to detail really made a difference. It's obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. If I need collision repair again, they'll be my first choice, and I highly recommend them.
