I love your staff. I am assuming that all repair shops are using used parts and insurance companies are uncooporative across the board so this terrible experience has been a testament to that. Parks is great, the rest of this experience was a nightmare. Dave, the rep from Progressive needs a new job. This is not a good fit for him.
