I need it notated that my heads up display isn't working g now after the repair. Interior windows should be cleaned as far as final prep. The hood gap and the right side bumper skin that was replaced was way off. I was able to view the repairs before final pick up and the gaps and fit did get corrected

Muffler was missed the last time and asked for it to be fixed this time and it wasn’t done. Other than that seems fine.

No updates from start to finished. Vehicle was not complete at the prescribed time. Once notified and inspected, Vehicle had old bumper, it was told that the bumper would be replaced. Was told the bumper would be ordered to be delivered next day, it took 4 days. Service was unexceptable.

Again, there was a discrepancy regarding the billing and both parties claiming the other mandated the charges that were not applicable.

Repair finished about two weeks ago and I needed some time to cool down before I posted any comments. Initially, my experience was going well until my van was ready to pick Pick Up During a windstorm at my house, debris from trees cracked my front windshield and after taking it back to Honda, there were error codes coming from the line assist from impact sensor between the rearview mirror and the windshield. I was told that if the sensor was indeed damaged that it would need to be replaced before the windshield could be touched. This would result in a $500 deductible for the windshield replacement. Carolina colision took my car in and I had a great visit with the young lady Sarah who communicated well with me during that process. I got a message that the van was ready to pick up and there would be a $500 deductible collected for the Van, even though it was confirmed that the sensor was not broken and just needed to be calibration after the windshield was installed as part of standard operating procedure. Trying to get an answer about this charge was the struggle. The colision center says that Travelers had it marked on the paperwork to collect the deductible regardless of the fact that the sensor was fine and said they had trouble reaching the adjuster from Travelers. I tried several times to reach the adjusters as well with no luck. I finally reached somebody else from Travelers, who looked at the file and said that there was charges outside of the normal window installation applied to the bill from Carolina colision that required the deductible. Now I’m getting stories from both sides saying the other party is charging $500 for what should be covered by my insurance. Finally got my insurance agent involved to spoke to a supervisor Travelers and looked over all the documentation and finally spoke to somebody back at the colision center to let them know that the deductible was no longer needed. Not sure where the breakdown and communication happened but it was very frustrating to not be able to reach my Adjuster or get any answers from either Party. If it weren’t for my insurance agent, I would be changing insurance companies who I’ve been with for more than 20 years Including two past businesses, two houses and four vehicles. In the end, the lack of communication from my Travelers adjuster with myself as the client or the colision center made me feel like they were dodging the calls. I got I gotten a message that the vehicle is ready at 9 AM and I needed it that afternoon by 2 PM for work that was not able to confirm communication between the insurance company and the collision center until 2:30 PM. My Adjuster only reached out a couple hours after I picked up the vehicle that evening while I was working. Very frustrated.
