You’re kidding me if you think this shop should ever get any of your business in the future, this is the worst quality work I’ve ever seen come out of a repair shop. How do they even have an accreditation?

Pete was very nice, but I did have to call to get updates instead of them calling me when they were delayed originally due to the broken door handle.

Every time I tried to call to see if my vehicle is ready I got voicemail and it was full every time. I had to keep calling until someone finally picked up. in 2022 with email and texting available, why you don’t use this is beyond me. I own a $100 million company and my customers can call text or email anyone in the company, including me.
