I’m not happy with the repair. I have to take the car back to the trim shop Monday to address the concerns. This is on top of having my car 2 1/2 months.

Donna at Carolina Collision was very nice and coordinated the repair with the trim shop. I just wish she had updated me on my car. I had to keep calling to check status on my car.

The bumper was poorly painted, bumps, very lightly painted in some areas. Was also cracked during installation.

I never called and complained because I didn't want them to tell me to bring my car back and then keep it for a whole nother month seems how they had my car for 2months and it still ain't done right! The trunk lid isn't completely flush, the tail lights have gaps between them and the body of the car, and inside the trunk we had hanger hooks to hang grocery bags on but those were installed backwards so they can't be used anymore!! My husband isn't happy with the work at all!!

Because they would tell you that it would be ready one week but then you call to check on it and they would just keep pushing the completion date back more as more each week! Very frustrating

The repair was done to the bumper, but there are now scratches on the front panels on both sides. Those scratches were not there. It looks like someone tried to buff them out

They fixed my window in a very timely manner and did a great job. However, I did find some broken glass in my trunk after the job. The customer service was a 10 and would definitely go back because of the customer service.
