I have no issues with the outcome/the finished product. However, I feel like I should have received a call regarding the continuous delays. I believe to took far too long to complete the repair. It took over a month for a windshield, side view mirror, and some paint. Your service department could use a personal touch. A hundred text messages can’t replace it.
