They did not reinstall the backup sensors or callibrate them properly. Additionally, my remote start now has a constant honking in it as if there is a security sensor issue. I only used them because they're attached to the ford dealership. For $11000, they should have repair it properly the first time

Ashley was AMAZING. She and the repair team were so conscientious and kept my car until all the repairs were done completely. Ashley worked with Enterprise and the insurance company to ensure I was never without a reliable vehicle and Ashley coordinated everything and kept my attorney current. Being hit by another driver was a terrible experience but Ashley made it seamless and painless for me. Huge thanks to her she is a true treasure.
